I had intended to provide a brief message of encouragement on this podcast but it didn’t happen. Which for me, was an act of God. It needed work. Details to come on that one. Hope you liked episode number 124. I think I am finding my “voice” after a couple of years. I really like the new Zombie target if you haven’t seen it. I kept the advertisements down on this show. And trying to keep it under 45 minutes to keep it from hogging bandwidth and being boring like so many others. I appreciate the feedback and following me on twitter.com/kennblanchard and facebook. There are also a boatload of extras to be had on www.zazzle.com/kennblanchard -T-shirts, bumper stickers, etc.

1,2,3 Amendments.
The First Amendment expressly prohibits the United States Congress from making laws "respecting an establishment of religion" or that prohibit the free exercise of religion, infringe the freedom of speech, infringe the freedom of the press, limit the right to peaceably assemble, or limit the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
The Second Amendment protects a right to keep and bear arms from infringement by the federal government.
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
The Third Amendment prohibits, in peacetime, the quartering of soldiers in private homes without the owner's consent. It makes quartering legally permissible in wartime only, and then only in accordance with law.
to prevent the recurrence of soldiers being quartered in private property as was done in Colonial America, on its own it doesn’t provide adequate guarantees of civil liberties but I think it helps establish a base for the right to privacy from the government just taking over your property for whatever reason.
